We are Yvonne and Léon Klaczynski and we have worked for many years in primary, special and higher professional education. After we stopped working, we started with a a creative idea how to spend our time. In addition to regularly traveling during our holidays with our small VW Camperbus, we have always enjoyed to welcome people in our house.
Yvonne: “I want my guests to have fun while drawing and/or painting. I hope to surprise them with nice, accessible items ”.
Now that our two daughters have their own place, we thought it would be nice to redesign the first floor of the house for guests. A studio was created on the first floor during Yvonne’s training as a holistic drawing teacher. Yvonne has developed a number of drawing and painting workshops, from which you can choose to work on for your self or together with a friend, partner, etc.
Because we like to travel and explore nature ourselves, Léon is happy to help with information about the natural or cultural-historical environment. There are many walking, cycling or car routes around Haaksbergen that can lead you to beautiful places.
Possibilities to enjoy a nice dinner are easily found in the nice and small center of our village Haaksbergen. You will reach it in a 5 minutes walk. Léon is happy to advise if required.
